Returns and Exchanges
If you no longer want your unused product(s), contact us within 2 weeks of receiving date, and you will receive store credit. We only accept unopened products as a return. Any Product returned outside of your 2 week receiving date, will not be Valid.
How do I qualify for store credit?
Store credit will be provided for the cost of the product only. Once we receive the product(s), we will issue a store credit within 3-5 business days. A tracking number must be provided to receive your store credit.
How do I get store credit for my return?
Customers who want store credit for their return are responsible for their return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received, you will be notified of your store credit via email.
My Order Has Been Shipped, But I Don't Want It Anymore. Can You Refund Me?
We can not recall packages after they have been shipped from our warehouse, and we must treat all shipped orders as a return. Please note that once your order has left our warehouse, shipping charges are non refundable.
Shipping is not available outside of the United States. We offer standard US postal service.
